* Mirela Manjani was made and grow as a world champion in her own country Albania.
 
* Mirela has been successful through the age groups as a javelin thrower and  she sets all Albanian records for all group ages, juniors and seniors.
 
* Mirela pick up the javelin for the first time at age 11 (on October 12, 1987) in city Durres in Albania.
 
First throw for Mirela Manjani was just 12m.
 
* From year 1983 - 91 she attended elementary and middle school at "29 Nentori" Middle School in city Durres.
 
* From 1991- 95 Mirela attended national high school sports in city Durres in Albania.
 
* 1996 she was a student at University of Alabama in the USA.
 
1997 Mirela moved in greece and became greek citizen.
 
From year 1997 and now she represents greek's Track and Field  national and international team for all championships competitions.

Mirela Manjani

Enver Mysja lähetti 27. 1. 2004 terveisiä, että urheilusivuiltani puuttuu eräs merkittävä Albaniassa syntynyt tyttönen. Samalla hän toimitti aineiston, josta sain helposti koottua kyseiselle tyttöselle nimikkosivun. Hän on eräs maailman parhaita naiskeihäänheittäjättäriä, joka muutti Kreikkaan vuonna 1997. Sydneyn 2000 olympialaisten hopeatyttö. Mysjalla oli kuva Mirela Manjanista myös noin vuodelta 1990, jossa hän itse ohjaa Mirelaa! Jo 14 vuotiaana Mirelan heitot lähentelivät 50 metriä.
